Website usage

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with security, misuse personal information, or copy protected content without permission. You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement for services.

Services and purchases

Mike FBA provides Amazon FBA mentorship and educational support, accepts applications, books appointments, and offers online payments. Booking or applying does not guarantee acceptance. Scope, pricing, payment, cancellation, refund, and guarantee conditions are those presented or agreed to for your purchase. These Terms do not reduce express agreements, advertised guarantees, or statutory rights.

SMS and phone communications

By providing your phone number and separately opting in through iClosed, you agree to receive calls and texts from Mike FBA regarding your application and booked appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Contact amazonmike2006@gmail.com for support. After opting out, program texts stop except a confirmation where permitted. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and third-party services

Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking, payment, and embedded media services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent services.

Disclaimers

Mentorship and materials are educational, not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Outcomes depend on effort, circumstances, markets, and other factors. Testimonials reflect individual experiences, not universal results. Except for express purchase commitments and guarantees and as permitted by law, website access and materials are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose.
