It is a mentorship for people who want to sell on Amazon and want somebody experienced walking next to them while they do it. You get the training, the software that finds the products, and me. It is not a course you buy and disappear into. Most of what changes the outcome happens in the back and forth, when you bring me a product you found and I tell you why it is a good buy or why it is a trap.

Online arbitrage. You find products that already sell on Amazon, you buy them from a retailer or a distributor at a lower price, and you send them in. You are not inventing a product, you are not designing packaging, you are not ordering from overseas and waiting six weeks on a container. The demand already exists and the listing already exists. Your job is to buy the right thing at the right price.

No. Most people who join have never sold anything online. The first part of the training is opening your seller account and getting it configured properly, which is where a lot of people quietly mess things up and then wonder why they are having problems three months later. If you already sell, the early modules will be quick and the sourcing modules are where you should start.

Amazon stores your inventory, picks it, packs it, ships it to the buyer and handles returns and customer service. You send your products into an Amazon warehouse and they take it from there. You do not need space, you do not need to be home, and you do not need to be near a post office every day.

You run a scan, you read the results, you pick what clears your numbers, you order it, and when it arrives you prep it and send it in. That is the loop. When you first start it takes longer because everything is new. Once you have done it a few times, most of the day to day is ordering and prepping, and the finding part is minutes rather than hours.

Retail sites and wholesale or distributor catalogs. The kind of stores you already shop at. You are not sourcing from some secret supplier list that only members get. You are learning to look at any store and know within seconds whether there is anything on it worth buying, which is a skill you keep whether or not you stay in the program.

You are not guessing. You are looking at what the listing already does. How often it sells, how many other sellers are on it, what has happened to the price the last few times someone new joined, and what is left after Amazon takes its fees. When people lose money on a product it is almost always because they looked at the margin and nothing else. The training is mostly about the other numbers.

Some brands and categories need Amazon approval before you are allowed to list them. New sellers find this out at the worst possible moment, usually after they already bought the product. Sometimes you get approved instantly. Sometimes you need an invoice from a real distributor for a set number of units, and there is a right way to do that. We cover which categories to leave alone at the start and how to get approved for the ones worth having.

Members run this around jobs and around school. One of them works twenty five hours a week, is in school full time and plays sports, and told me his heaviest day on this was about three hours and most days are closer to one. It is not passive and I am not going to pretend it is. But the part that used to eat a whole weekend, finding something worth buying, is the part that got compressed.

I started this in college. That is the whole reason I take students. The work fits in gaps, which is what makes it different from something that needs you at a desk at a fixed time. You order between classes and you prep on a weekend.

People do, but it adds steps around getting your account verified and getting products to a US warehouse. If you are outside the US, bring it up on the call and I will tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your situation rather than signing you up and letting you find out later.

You do not need one to open a seller account. Plenty of people start as an individual and register something later once there is a reason to. We talk about when it actually becomes worth doing rather than treating it as step one.

It depends entirely on how fast you get through setup and how quickly you place your first order, and I am not going to give you a number that makes it sound guaranteed. What I can tell you is what has happened. One member listed something and it sold about four hours later. Another sold eight units on his first day of selling. Others take weeks because they took weeks to buy anything. The gap is almost never the method, it is how long somebody sits on the first order.

You get me. Not a support ticket and not a chatbot. Members send me products before they buy them and I tell them what I see. That is the part that saves people the most, because the expensive mistakes happen at the buying stage, not later.

People have said that every year since I started. What is actually true is that the old way of finding products is saturated. When everybody is checking the same stores by hand, in the same order, they all end up on the same listings. The sellers doing fine are not working harder, they are looking at more products in less time and only touching the ones that already clear. The market did not close. The method got crowded.

I failed at ten of them before this one. Every single time the reason was the same, I did not have anybody to tell me whether what I was doing was working, so I would grind for a month, see nothing, and assume the model was broken. What changed for me was one person telling me what to actually do. That is what I am doing here. It is not a different level of motivation, it is the fact that somebody is looking at your decisions with you.

You will, at some point. Everybody does. The point is that you pick it small. You do not bet everything on one guess, you buy a small amount of something that is already selling and you find out fast. And before you buy, you can send it to me. Most bad buys in this business would have been avoided by one person spending thirty seconds looking at the listing first.

Two spreadsheets run this whole business and both of them are given to you already built. One tracks what you found, one tracks what you bought and what it returned. If you can fill in a row you can run them. The software does the analysis, you make the decision.

Accounts get suspended for specific reasons, and almost all of them are avoidable. Selling brands you are not approved for. Sourcing from places Amazon does not accept invoices from. Ignoring account health warnings.
